« AJILON was looking for a solution for our call centre that could quickly identify and suggest accurate resolution procedures corresponding to a given symptom. We had two objectives: The first was to identify the best procedure for resolving a problem even if the request was not entirely accurately formed. The second was to decrease the search and response time down to one minute in order to optimise the total call processing time. We looked at a variety of help desk solutions currently on the market but found that no other solution fully met our requirements. Only AMI help desk allowed us to fully maximise the content of our knowledgebase and achieve the target one minute search and response time. During the implementation of their solution Go Albert worked to interface their application with our existing systems in such a way that their solution is transparent requiring no additional training or call upon other resources. » |
